The main course is often the most substantional, the most important part of a meal. Is is usually served after the starter or entrée, and it is followed by the dessert. It can include meat like pork, beef, chicken or fish in different forms: grilled with side dish, fried or breaded like schnitzel or as a nice stew.
Since I am from Romania and I learnt a lot of vegan recipes very popular there, I will include here also some vegan recipes especially of vegan stews, since they are also served as main course.
